kitchen time...

tiap2 ari khamis adalah hari memasak bg bdak2 DHK 2B.....
masak ni best tp yg aku pling x tahan uh panas... aduhhh bekuap seyh... arini tjok msakan ktowg ialah thick soup ataupun dlm erti bhse mlyu nye soup pekat...
5 jenis soup ktowg kene masak......bnyak kan...

1- mushroom soup(sup cendawan)
2-seafood cowder(sup nye pekat dlmnye ade udang,sotong,ikan n isi kupang)
3-cream of shrim soup(sup nye merah n masam sbb gune pes tomato, gune kulit udang then blend n tapis)
4-puree of carrot / cream of carrot( sup carrot)
5-boullbaisse(mcm sup yg no 2 cme kuahnye wane merah, masam2 manis.. isinye seafood jgk)

mcm2 jnis name ade.. huhu

malangnye aku cme berminat dgn mushroom soup je sbb 4 lagi sup 2 aku mmg xley mkn... elergi... hahaha...
tp ade gk aku curi rase .. mmg trok r gatal2 mlm uh.... sumpah nyesal mkn sup seafood uh..

red mirepoix (selery,carrot n leek)

udang/shrim

isi kupang

sotong

isi ikan 

ni la hasilnye ke lime2 soup... sesuai dimakan bersame garlic bread....

p/s... kpd sesiape yg berminat n na cbe, sile dptkn resepi drpd cik deena ye.. k tq..
